"Staff went above and beyond......giving us a newly finished room, on the back side, away from the traffic; changing out that room when some of the items weren't yet in place for the remodeling; carrying our bags up to the 3rd floor; and being genuinely hospitable overall both in the evening and morning."

"I didn't like the fact that I was charged for a room that was disgusting and nasty and most definitely NOT CLEAN whatsoever. I'd advise people to book a hotel at another hotel if you don't want bed bugs,dirty ass sheets,bedding and pillows and the floors are terribly stained. The bathroom tub in one room that had Black Mold. Bedding,couch has stains and haven't been bleached like all other hotel do so they don't get bed bugs,cochroaches. I'd sleep in my car before I would ever stay in that hotel again. They won't refund me money."

"Dirty bathroom. Dirty carpet and smells like a heavy smell of urine upon entering room. Staff was great, but owner needs to take accountability. Alot of shady people coming in and out of the hotel all night."

"We had a great stay. The guy at the front desk in the evening was very kind and helpful. We brought our dog and she was welcomed, which was great! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I enjoyed the gym as it was spacious and had a lot of equipment and machines. The coffee was hot and breakfast had many options. We will be back!!!"

"Room was next to the elevator so listened to that all night. There was a wet stain on the floor that was stepped in so that was gross. Shower only had cold water & very little water pressure but other than that, everything was great."
