"It was a very budget freindly hotel with a pool to be complety honest the only good thing was the pool our room was nice but their where some poorly patched holes in the wall two out of the four outlet,s did not work to charge or plug anything into are sheets had some pink stains in them by the head of the bed and I throughly checked the bed because I do in every hotel I stay in just simply because you never know. The television would cut in an out an only very few select channels worked the only thing great about our room was their was no bugs on or in the bed an the air conditioning worked really well an to top all of that off their was no hot water for any guest in the entire hotel we had to take cold showers wich is not luxurious at all the breakfast was not as advertised very few selections to choose from cereal or a waffle that was it with either orange juice or coffie will never stay @wyndham hotel west omaha ever again poor hotel do not recommend anyone to stay their"

"I booked this room because I live far away and my son was going to have surgery very early in the morning the next day. When I arrived I checked into my room and was greeted by a bed bug on the bed. The room was also dirty and smelled like mold. I went to the front desk to make them aware of the bed bug and wanted a new room. She immediately denied that they have any bed bugs and then followed me to the room so I could show her the bug. She claimed that the bug that was on the bed was not a bed bug but a knat. This bug cannot fly, did not have wings, and could not be squished. It was clearly a bed bug. She said she would call her exterminator guy the next day and proceeded to let me know how I shouldn't put bags and my belongings on the beds. Once going back to the front desk, they told me they were full for the night so they couldn't switch me rooms. I asked for a refund and in return they said they could give me a room that was down for maintenance at the time that didn't even have enough beds to accommodate the amount of guests we had and didn't have functioning features. We ended up not being able to even find another hotel until 11:00 at night when my son was supposed to wake up for surgery around 4:00 a.m.. I reached out to them several times in regards to a refund for the terrible accommodations and inconvenience that they had caused. They refuse to reply or answer and when Expedia reached out to them they claimed there was no bugs."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both adults and kids. One thing we really appreciated was the location. It was easy to get to and conveniently close to the highway, but without the constant noise and heavy traffic you often find at hotels right on the interstate. It made for a much more relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent for a hotel breakfast, with a great variety of options each morning. We also stayed multiple nights, and the housekeeping staff was fantastic. They were always friendly, made sure we had fresh towels, and quickly provided anything else we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"No hot water to take a shower. Offered new room the morning we were checking out so didn't have time. Wash rags had lot of dark stains on them. Requested full or partial refund. Crystal at front desk said he had to talk to manager at 10:00 am and would call me. It has been two days and still no response. "

"Great location! Conveniently located to everywhere in Omaha. The house was comfortable with plenty of space for everyone.The dishwasher didn’t work, which was disappointing. The owner didn’t try to resolve the dishwasher problem during our 4 day stay."
