"Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The only real thing that was a little hard was at the door trying to get valet and luggage taken care of. It was a little confusing but the people helping us were nice and friendly."

"Parking was easy, but not very secure. Another guest had their car window smashed in overnight. Staff was friendly, but amenities were lacking...a hair dryer that no one seemed to know how to obtain for me. Carpeted areas definitely need to be replaced. Room was relatively clean. The path to the main entrance of the hotel had 2 syringes on the ground. I feel like this place has a lot of potential...the staff seems to care, but it has a long way to go. "

"Clean rooms. Amazing breakfast & dinner. Pool & hot tub were great with roof deck. Comfy beds. Safe & family friendly. Free parking in a garage! Can walk to all attractions and restaurants. Staff were amazing!!! "

"Check-in was at 4pm. We showed up at 5:15pm and the lobby was full of angry guests. Upon checking in, we were told our room was not ready yet due to housekeeping delays. We did not get into our room until 5:50. We had all-inclusive tickets to the Cardinals game and ran about 40 minutes late getting there because the delay at the hotel check-in. Aside from that, staff was nice, room was clean and we enjoyed the stay. Just wish they could've been on time or made attempts to make it right."

"Carpet badly in need of replacement. the whole property seems like it hasn't had much maintenance or money spent in years. Musty smell. smallest pillows i've ever seen in a hotel."

"Floor was kinda gross. Walls had holes everywhere, just generally not the cleanest. You get what you pay for though , it wasn’t the worst. Guy at the counter was nice"

"It was a nice hotel just needed to be cleaned a little more. Our sheets had a few spots on them that was stained. We had an issue of people above us jumping around. We went to call the desk and the phone didn’t work. I had to call the office on my cellphone. He said he would go up and see about it. It only got worse so I walked to the lobby and told him. Once again he said he would go up there. It didn’t stop. I finally hit my 1 year old asleep around 11pm and they was still jumping around when I got up to pre at 2. Then when we got up at 9 they was jumping. He didn’t take care of the issue at all or even offer to move us or anything."
