"We stayed here only for one night as there was limited possibility due to late booking. We highly recommend the hotel for couples planning to stay for up to a week in Moorea. There are good restaurants and a shop closeby so you do not per se need a car all days. Swimming and Kayaking of the coast was great, we even saw a turtle in the crystal clear water. "The deluxe bungalow was so nice inside with all the modern conveniences but had a thatched roof giving you an authentic Polynesian experience. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 beautiful sinks and walk in shower. The kitchenette was an added plus! The pool was wonderful and ocean view and beach were beautiful. The on site Sunset Grill was convenient but we only had 1 dinner there since there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again...

Can walk to town for coffee or lunch/grocery store. Next door to Cook’s-polynesian dancing Tuesday pm. AC not needed but nice to remove stuffiness after hot day! Ignore older reviews! Wi-fi did quit one am, but staff worked quickly to remedy!"

"Jean and his family were very hospitable. The food was DELISH. We snorkeled and swam from the private beach. We enjoyed a private cabin with its own bathroom. I would return there for the price and culture. Most of the experience is quaint and family friendly. I enjoyed the porch the best. If you want room service and amenities it is more like staying with family. This was a great stay on a budget and we felt treated with value. Jean was knowledgeable to share snorkeling sites, hikes, dive areas, and more local info. The drinks were good, the food authentic. It wasn't over populated either like the large hotels."

"Absolutely amazing quiet property! You do need a car for this location! Loved the use of private lounge chairs and kayaks. The beach is so beautiful and only has very little local foot traffic making it feel like a private beach. You have a white sand trail through a large reef full of life!Make sure to stock up on food/drinks/ice at Champion Market near Ferry before continuing to house. You won’t want to leave once you get there. There is plenty of cookware/utensils, but you need to make sure you get everything else, like spices and napkins and/or paper towels…If you want to bbq, you’ll need charcoal as well."

"We travel extensively but rarely leave reviews. This property is one that requires a comment. It is simply awesome. They were quite helpful with working around our schedule. The villas themselves are fabulous. We either made dinner at home with the well stocked kitchen or drove to eat out (walking to the nearby resort is an option), this would be the only downside if you didn't have a car."
