"The rooms are kept in a decent condition, are spacious and have everything you need from a mini-fridge, iron, TV with a selection of working channels, a safe and of course tea and coffee making facilities. We were provided with two bottles of water too. With only one picture on the wall the room looks a bit bland, especially with its colour scheme. There are plenty of plug sockets with USB ports (not USBC). Due to the hotel's design and location, you are mainly only going to get views of the car parking lots around Gatwick. The bed and pillows are comfortable for a well rested sleep only it is advised to bring some earplugs because as a busy Airport hotel you can start to hear showers going, toilets flushing and doors slamming from 3am onwards. The bathroom was clean with a full walk in shower with the standard Hilton chain wash amenities. Staff were friendly and checking in was swift. There is a onsite park and also a gym. Also a couple of places to eat in the terminal along with the fast food places a short work from the hotel too."

"The location was ideal - just off Piccadilly Circus. The hotel was clean and modern. We felt that it was good value. Check in was easy at the iPads and the staff were friendly. We would definitely stay again."

"Great location, lovely room, a/c worked well. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The two meals I had in the restaurant were delicious. There was always a taxi waiting at the front door when I went downstairs which was quite convenient. The swimming pool was lovely, and it was great that you could reserve a time to swim so it wasn’t overcrowded. For some reason I was allocated an accessible room which caused some issues in the bathroom, mostly with water getting out of the shower area and soaking the floor. Also the battery in the room safe was giving a message that it needed to be replaced so it was tricky to use the room safe. It was great to have an instant coffee option (with milk packets) in the room — unfortunately housekeeping did not replenish the instant coffee packs so on my last morning there was no coffee for the room. Oddly we had the little Nescafé pods in the room but no related machine. Overall, I would happily return here — the location is very convenient for the City, Covent Garden area and Chelsea/So Kennif you want to travel by taxi."

"This is a very pleasant hotel. The check in process was very easy although they do require photo ID. They were able to check us in 90 minutes early too. The room was OK. It was a Superior Queen size and actually a lot smaller than I expected. There was also a cot and nappy bin which we hadn't requested so had to get this removed. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows and the room is well lit with plenty of power points. The shower is also good. Breakfast was first class. There are only three lifts so allow for a long wait when coming or going. Overall I would stay here again."
