Or simply stroll across the road to The Brewhouse & Brasserie for a range of dining options, live music & for those interested a brewery tour.

This bright and spacious home offers a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, and a rear patio, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while planning your day ahead.

As the property is located in a residential area, we have a strict No Parties or Events policy. Guests are asked to respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.
GUESTS ACCESS
Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property, but please note that there are locked cupboards in the bedroom and hallway that are off-limits.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Essential items like dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, and toilet paper are provided in limited quantities. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies for guests, including tea, coffee, sugar, and cling wrap, typically sufficient for a two-night stay. However, milk and coffee pods are not included, as preferences vary. Please note that these items will not be restocked during your visit, so you’ll need to purchase more if needed.
Please remember to bring your own pool or beach towels, as they are not provided.
The property is located on a busy main road. For those who are light sleepers, you may prefer to bring earplugs.
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ. Please note that, due to our rural location and limited upkeep, it may not always be in perfect condition. We kindly ask that you clean the BBQ after use. You may also wish to give it a quick clean before cooking, depending on its condition.
You’ll find that the property is just minutes away from a major bus stop for concerts in the Hunter Valley.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered by the owner, intended for appropriate use by all guests. Since the service is provided by a third party, we cannot guarantee the speed or reliability of the Wi-Fi connection, nor do we offer compensation for any service interruptions.
