For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and three beds. The master bedroom includes a king bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and garden views. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Two full bathrooms include bathroom essentials and hot water.

Outdoor living

You can enjoy fresh air and quiet moments on the private patio and the private balcony, both furnished for easy relaxation. Around the complex, pools and landscaped gardens create open spaces to enjoy the outdoors at your own pace. Beach access allows you to spend time along the shoreline before returning to the comfort of the condo.

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen offers space to prepare meals together and includes the kitchen amenities listed, along with a dining table that connects to the open living area. Whether you are planning simple breakfasts or shared dinners, this area is designed to make cooking and gathering easy.

Living spaces

The living room includes a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding gardens. Furnishings are arranged to support conversation, rest, and unhurried time indoors.

Family and convenience

The condo includes family-friendly amenities such as a paid crib available upon request, a pack ’n play or travel crib, a high chair, a baby bath, a changing table, board games, and babysitter recommendations. An elevator with wide access, a private entrance, and keypad self check-in allow smooth arrival and movement throughout the building. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit, and long term stays of 28 days or more are allowed.

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its coastal setting, humid-tropical climate, and easy access to Banderas Bay. With landscaped areas, beaches, and a calm atmosphere, it offers a setting suited to quiet stays and shared experiences.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no._2_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.
