"Getting to the hotel and checking in was quite fast. The only complaint I have about the check in is that they only had 1 bed rooms available. We had requested 2 queen beds when we booked the reservation. Because of the delay we had to go through, we agreed to take the one bed. Overall the property is well maintained and the staff are helpful. My young children really enjoyed the shallow pool. The location of the hotel is also a plus. I will consider staying at the same hotel if I come back to Mazatlán in the future."

"Lacks amenities and restaurants. Other restaurants on property were far away. There was no person available to help with luggage on arrival. Not much instruction on how to navigate to different properties and restaurants or help booking activities"

"Beautiful, large property that comes with a lot of amenities. Staff is very friendly and ready to assist you in everyway possible. Food and drinks are delicious and plentiful. Spa service was stupendous and would definitely recommend it. Would definitely return."
