Very clean, comfortable beds. Overall the entire apartment was awesome. Felt like home. Location is also very safe.

This property was perfect for my trip! I loved everything about it. Nathan the owner was very hospitable and I enjoyed the entire stay. Will be coming to visit!!

This was an outstanding property. The level of attention to detail from the time of arrival to the time of departure could not have been approved on. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff go over and above and clearly love their jobs. The food is the best we had in Mazatlan - do not miss the snapper. The front of house staff are patient, professional and accommodating. If you have any reservations about staying at this property rest assured your stay will one...

Amazing staff and very clean

Nice clean newer hotel on the Mazatlan malecón with many dining options

Great stay. It gives old Mazatlan but very well Maintained.

Great stay, very clean.

The property was very clean and the staff friendly! The location was excellent for walking the malecon, going to the beach and restaurants in the historic center! There were a couple nights where there was an event nearby that was extremely loud until about 10pm.

Stayed in the Tower D in a one bedroom suite on the second floor. Very comfortable and spacious. They have all the comforts of home like dishes, plates and silverware but don't have salt and pepper and shampoo so if you need those while you are there, you can pick them up from the little market they have on the property. This condo is about a 35 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from the silver strand with shops. There really isn't anything within walking distance from this...

Good property with good breakfast buffet

Everything was great. Would recommend.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was very good and great variety and the location was perfect to walk and the ocean was right across the street.

Awesome experience. Just two little things than can be improve but in general everything was good.

Clean room

Great hotel with parking across the street. The area is superb 5 mins walk beach. Restaurants of all types surrounding. Beautiful area! Will definitely return

Excellent location within walking distance to beach and many eateries, shops, convenience stores, 24-hour urgent care (approved travel COVID testing), and car rental locations all right down the block and around the corner. All this yet far enough away from the main boulevard’s noise and traffic. Very clean property and helpful staff.

Took my son to El Cid for vacation and what a great time! Went fishing with one of the fishing fleets that El Cid offers at the hotel. 185lbs Marlin, 140 Sail Fish, and 4 Dorados (mahi mahi) the first 3 hours at sea. My son enjoyed every minute of relaxation by the pool and the cabanas at the beach. The price was so low and I would have paid double knowing how nice it was. I will be back!!

An absolutely lovely well kept property. Miguelina, the owner, lives on site and gives her attention to every detail. Her staff is hard working and friendly. We love it here!
