"Everything was nice , the pool need to be clean thats all ."

"There were some bugs, dirty towels, and dirty shower. There’s a Denny’s and some other fast food places nearby, but not very walkable and didn’t seem like a safe area."

"Terrible rooms nasty full of roaches and had to call police on them they didn't want to return my deposit after only being able to stand one night there"

"We needed a place to stay after driving for 8hrs, communing to Corpus Christi. Not ideal location, but it worked for the night. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, no complaints on free food. All in all this was a good choice for the location, price and duration of our stay."

"Good service"

"Extremely clean and well kept. Wish they had a bedspread or thicker top blanket. Only a sheet and decorative (thin) spread was provided and it made for a cold night."

The place looks dated and parking situation is less to be desired. But there were good people who made the stay more palatable. The staff gets the 4 stars. Double Tree needs to do better for the staff and the guest."

"The bed was nice and cozy, AC worked great. Loved the products in the restroom, the staff were really nice too. Hoping to come back with a longer stay in the future."

"Excellent stay. Very nice clean, smell good. Breakfast was good."
