"It was a clean room, but the staff for night shift at 11 PM were very rude Especially the gentleman working. He was very rude and got upset when my husband spoke to me in Spanish asking me a question I was never greeted into the hotel by them and this was on 5/8/26 and then they were making me use all my credit cards to try and do a deposit because on the pin pad it would say approved but on the computer it was saying denied and then when they were done, they didn’t even explain about the key cards how to use them in the garage which way to the elevator nothing I will never stay at this hotel again. "

"The lobby is gorgeous and they have some nice seating possibilities - Inside and outside! Everyone we talked to was super nice and helpful!"

"Bathroom and tub were dingy, tub had paint flecking off. Bugs on the blinds, large tree roaches. Electricity went out mid-night, and never came back on in the whole building, had to prepare for the day by flashlight/shower in the dark. Morning staff was helpful, offered free orange and apple juice to the kids for the inconvenience."

"The room was clean beds were comfortable a towels were fresh. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of options ranging from hot waffles to oatmeal with a wide variety of add ins cereals pastry’s omelettes and regular eggs it was a great breakfast bar. Very great !"
