"One of the sink was completely blocked. Hairdryer not working. We can hear noise everywhere. I wasn't told I need to pay extra taxe per person and night. The staff was okay. Its honesty over price for what is it. Better going for air bnb next time. "

"The hotel location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from all the events at the center of town. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and great quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they were so short staffed they were unable to hold our luggage until the afternoon on our departure day ( because they would need to close the hotel for a few hours). There was no other luggage storage option in town so we had to walk around with our luggage for 3 hours ( until our train departure time). For a 4 star hotel, that was not great…"

"The hotel is very centrally located and has parking. We arrived on 3 motorbikes and were met with a small beer by a memnber of staff. This was a lovely touch. Breakfast is very continental but there was sufficient food available. A perfect stay"

"The property was clean, and everything was as it was described! My kids loves all the games. It was to hot to enjoy the hot tub, but it was beautiful. We loved being able to sign in to netflix after our day. The relaxation room was amazing. It was a bit confusing to get to because gps kept trying to send us down the wrong way of the street. There needs to be an osilating fan in every room so there can be air circulating when its hot, since there is no air conditioning. There is no storage either. And we never found the washing machine but thats okay, we did laundry at our family house. Im sure if i asked, i would have been told. We would definately rent this again. The beds were the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in!!!!!!"
