The staff was very friendly and supportive. Parking is available and what is best, the hotel is in walking distance to the chateau. Otherwise, you should not expect to mutch, as the room, especially the bathroom, needs rework. But, for an overnight stay at that the given price, it is acceptable.

Basic budget hotel - good value

Very much a budget hotel option. Think unpopular Travelodge on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, or university accommodation. However, it was good value at less than £60 for a family of 4 for one night in the summer holiday. Only one member of staff on reception, but very friendly and helpful. Handy location for The Ardennes region in France and Belgium.

Cheap enough.

It was fine for a one night stop, traveling by motorcycle, no secure parking but was fine in the car park at the front of hotel, staff where friendly and helpful, a good Chinese restaurant a short walk away and a supermarket a bit of a walk to center ville.

It's fine

I read some really bad reviews of this place prior to coming. It's fine. Friendly welcome. Room was good for an edge of town motel style place. Only issue was a door that didn't fit properly, which seemed to be a common issue as other people were having trouble getting into their rooms too.

Es war zwar eine sehr günstige Unterkunft, aber die Zimmer sind unmöglich. Die Türe geht nur bei zuschlagen auf oder zu. Die Toilette lief ununterbrochen. Es war extrem hellhörig, man konnte die Nachbarn zuhören. Für eine Nacht vielleicht ok, aber nicht länger. Wahrscheinlich nur für Montagearbeiter gedacht

une bonne option pour la zone

Ma deuxième visite après deux ans dans cet hôtel. Un peu déçu lors de ma première visite, j'ai trouvé que les choses allaient mieux avec une chambre plus propre et un prix plus modéré. La localisation de l'hôtel est superbe (proche des grands axes, commerces proches) et la chambre est simple mais confortable. Une bonne option pour cette zone

Première et dernière visite dans cet hôtel miteux

Malgré un accueil chaleureux de la personne à la réception lors de mon arrivée, j'ai été très déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre petite, sans bureau pour travailler, ni emplacement pour poser la valise. Mobilier vétuste et détérioré (notamment dans la salle de bain). Malgré un prix raisonnable de la chambre, on sent une recherche exagérée de rentabilité de la part du propriétaire qui ne prend même pas le peine de changer les ampoules (une HS et une autre manquante), alors il serait impensable de changer la porte de douche qui est limite dangereuse (voir photo). Quand à la propreté de la chambre, celle-ci laisse vraiment à désirer (poussière et fiente de pigeon au sol). Quant au petit déjeuner qui n'a de continental que le nom; à 15€, c'est tout simplement du vol!

Catastrophique

Extrêmement déçue de ma nuit à l’hôtel Inn Design à Sedan (08) il y a quelques jours…. L’accueil n’a que le nom. J’avais tellement l’impression d’ennuyer cette personne dès mon arrivée. J’avais expressément demandé à ce que ma chambre ne soit pas au Rdc…. Ma chambre était au Rdc. Elle me dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et finalement parce que j ai insisté un tout petit peu…miracle elle a trouvé une chambre à l’étage. Je rentre dans la chambre, une odeur forte de remontée d’egouts enpestait la chambre. La salle de bains n’était pas très propre ni les toilettes, du moisi dans la douche et le pompon…. Je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit: les oreillers et le matelas était d’un inconfort comme je n’ai jamais vu. Je me demande s’il n’y avait pas des bêtes de lit car je me suis grattée toute la nuit. Je suis très déçue de cet hôtel et bien évidemment je ne le recommande absolument pas. A fuir !!!

Convenable pour le prix

Pour le prix c'est convenable mais ce qui ma marqué c'est le petit déjeuner. Il y a du choix la viennoise était bonne mais nous avons pris un café au lait dans les thermos c'était froid, pas de serviette et des yaourts exposé au soleil à travers la fenêtre. c'est des petites choses qui peuvent être vite solutionné et ça sera bien.
