Inspired by local architecture, this haven of peace overlooks the sea and the surrounding tropical nature. Surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden, a few minutes walk from the beautiful Ambondrona beach and its restaurants, this superb villa recently built and regularly maintained, hosts an infinity pool with its lower pool and its bar in rosewood. The outdoor living spaces open onto a lush garden, a very high ceiling under an impressive framework of exotic wood contributes to the majesty of the place. The interior living room where the beige color dominates, brings a refined and soft atmosphere conducive to relaxation. The interior decoration, refined and refined, highlights the nobility of the materials used. Spacious and ventilated rooms, equipped with king size beds with mosquito nets benefit from an en-suite bathroom. Italian showers in a sleek and design style, with touches of precious wood and stones. The kitchen dressed in slate and rosewood enjoys a panoramic view of the tropical jungle. A second kitchen near an outdoor barbecue, will be the ideal place to cook the fresh fish of the day bought directly from the fishermen found on the beach. The attentive and friendly staff will ensure your comfort throughout your stay. La maison est authentique et pleine de charme. Le jardin et la piscine à débordement sont magnifiques. La situtation est idéale que ce soit pour l'accès à la plage ou aux excursions. Le personnel a toujours éte aux petits soins pour notre famille. Enfin, les hôtes nous ont parfaitement accueillis et accompagnés lors du séjour.

Excellent séjour

Maison et environnement magnifique, personnel Aux petits soins, Fredine d'une efficacité redoutable et très bonne cuisinière, nous nous sommes régalés avec ses plats.

La villa de Sophie et Guy est fantastique. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans un cadre fabuleux. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée (pour cause d’avion retardée…). Malgré cela, Freddine, la merveilleuse cuisinière, nous avait préparé une succulente salade de pâtes, premier aperçu de ce qui nous attendait durant le séjour. Et oui ! On s’est régalé pendant tout notre séjour, du petit-déjeuner au dîner.

Wunderbare Lage, schönes Haus, gut durchlüftet ohne Klimaanlage, gute Einrichtung, schöner Garten

Très belle maison de vacances

Grande maison dans un superbe jardin avec piscine sur les hauteurs et très proche de la mer. Gestion impeccable de la maison par Fredine, la gouvernante qui nous a régalé tout au long du séjour. Elle gère tout, le personnel que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur et est toujours présente pour nous rendre service. Un très grand merci à toi Fredine.

Bon sejour

De très belles excursions à faire. Fredine est une excellente cuisinière Concernant la villa nous avons quelques remarques : le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix de la villa (indiqué dans l’annonce ) sauf que nous avions dû tout payer même d’autres produits indiqués dans l’annonce (ex: papier toilette….) et quelques malentendus à la fin du séjour malgré une bonne communication.Nous avions seulement que 4 transats à la piscine alors que c’est une maison prévue pour 10 personnes sinon dans l’ensemble notre séjour s’est bien passé.

Family gathering in Paradise!!

Our stay in this house in Nosy Be was idyllic. We spent about a week in this paradise and we would absolutely recommend it. Our family was gathering from all over the world and we could not have dreamt of a better place. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The open living room with huge terrace overviewing the garden, the sea and the swimming pool is amazing. Sophie is incredibly responsive and accommodating. She even brought back from Europe a pack and play for my daughter!! The house is gorgeous, the decoration is astonishing and the garden and swimming pool are so relaxing. The service provided by Freddine was exceptional. Everything was just perfect. A huge thank you again for this unique and so special vacation. We will be back!

Commentaires

Des personnels très agréable, accueillants, se sont pliés en quatre pour tout ce qu'on a voulu. Le seul bémol : des pièces sombres, pas de micro ondes.On était obligé de réchauffer nos petits déjeuners dans des casseroles. Vu qu'on ne se réveillait pas ensemble, il fallait revenir plusieurs fois pour réchauffer le lait par exemple. ON NE PEUT PAS NON PLUS RÉCHAUFFER DES NOURRITURE. Il n'y a pas de rice cooker non plus, alors qu'on est à Madagascar. C'est drôle, non ? Pas de batteuse pour les œufs. On ferait des oeufs brouillés tout les jours et on les bas avec les mains à l'ancien, alors que tout le monde sait combien ça coûte une batteuse. PAS CHÈRE. Je plains leur employés. Vu le prix, il devrait faire plus d'efforts. Sinon, rien à dire pour les personnels. Merci à eux

Unforgettable holiday at Sophie's.

We rented the villa for 5 days over the Christmas Holiday. The property is on a top of a hill, nested in a quaint and luscious garden with an awesome sunset view. The villa is exactly like in the picture with a beautiful authentic design, spacious enough to accommodate perfectly our family of 8. All the rooms have an en-suite bathroom (which is great for a large group). The house has a large open veranda, a beautiful infinity pool a, barbecue area. Our stay would not have been the same without Sophie’s team hospitality and 5-star service: We were in touch with Sophie all along. Before the trip she kindly helped us arranging excursions, transportation and she would check regularly if everything was OK. Every day, Fredine would cook scrumptious meals for us, that was a real highlight of our trip. The house is well maintained and cleaned every day. We will come back and we recommend the place for a family or a group of friends looking for an intimate accommodation with a full-service in Nosy Be. It is better than any hotel options… Few comments: - The house was fully equipped but only one regret, there was no juice blender so we could not make fresh tropical juices!! - A car (preferably a SUV) is definitely required as access to the house is not easy

villa de luxe intégrée à son territoire

Cette villa a quelque chose d'un luxueux chalet qui reprendrait les codes architecturaux sakalaves en employant de nobles matériaux locaux et construit avec talent par les meilleurs bâtisseurs malgaches. Il en rèsulte un confort de vie et une oppulence bien supérieure aux hôtels les plus prestigieux mais sans tomber dans le surfait. Elle est dôtée de 4 vastes chambres toutes équipées de sdb et wc. Les espaces extérieurs richements munis de mobiliers de qualité permettent de profiter pleinement du somptueux jardin tropical entretenu par le jardinier Matez qui l'a plantè d'arbres aux fruits si alléchants qu'ils attirent une famille de lémuriens. Que dire de la piscine presque olympique et toujours propre grâce au pisciniste aussi mèticuleux que discret et un ingénieux système de filtration à débordement. L'intérieur est dècoré par des oeuvres d'art locales reposant sur un magnifique plancher en bois massif. La gouvernante Fredine et femme de chambre Clémentine vous concoterons des mets délicieux et vous permettront de vous concentrer sur vos vacances en se chargeant de toutes les tâches ménagères. Le seul bémol? La dure nécessité de devoir un jour quitter pareil endroit. Merci

An unforgettable stay in a tropical paradise

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Nosy Be and it was a truly phenomenal experience. First off- the communication with Sophie, the owner, was seamless and efficient. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill every request we had. Her insightful advice and recommendations helped us tremendously prepare for our stay. The place is ideally located (a short walk from the beach) the house itself was nothing short of perfection. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that every detail was thoughtfully considered. We found ourselves feeling right at home. The pool is gorgeous and we spent many hours swimming, relaxing on the poolside loungers, and simply soaking up the tranquility of our surroundings. What truly set this house apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by Fredine and Clementine. They were absolute gems and spoiled us with their culinary skills. Every meal was a delightful surprise, showcasing the vibrant flavors of the local cuisine. We felt pampered and well taken care of, making our stay even more memorable. It's worth mentioning that, as with any tropical destination, mosquitoes can be a nuisance so beware and bring repellent for skin, fabric and room. In summary, our experience at this beautiful house in Nosy Be was nothing short of extraordinary. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this phenomenal house.

Séjour parfait!

La propriété est située tout près d'une plage peu fréquentée, d'un club de plongée, de restaurants et bars tout en garantissant le calme. Le personnel est aux petits soins (merci pour les crêpes du petit dejeuner et toutes les spécialités locales). La maison est une construite avec des matériaux traditionnels et cela.participe vraiment a l'authenticité du séjour dans un luxe absolu! Merci a Sophie et Guy pour leur accueil et la facilité de communication.

Un inoubliable Noël !

Nous avons passé des vacances de Noël fabuleuses en famille ! La maison est magnifique, facile à vivre avec ses espaces ouverts, ses chambres confortables, la belle piscine et l'extraordinaire jardin ! Freddine, avec l'aide de Clémentine, nous a régalés tout au long du séjour avec ses excellents plats et desserts. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité des gardiens Thomas et Djouma, et du jardinier. Le cadre de la maison est idyllique et très bien situé, proche de la plage et des tuktuks pour se rendre en ville, tout en étant au calme ! Cela restera d'inoubliables vacances pour tous ! Merci à Sophie pour ses chaleureux échanges, sa sollicitude, ses conseils et sa disponibilité !

Un Noël merveilleux dans une superbe demeure ! À refaire sans hésiter

Nous avons passé un noël merveilleux entre amis avec les enfants dans la demeure de Sophie et Guy. Le dépaysement était total, le personnel de maison très accueillant et toujours à notre écoute pour nous ravir les papilles et nous guider dans nos excursions. Fredine est une excellente cuisinière et nous l'aurions bien ramené dans nos valises ! Elle nous a fait découvrir de nombreux plats locaux et nous avons eu le droit de gouter ses talents de patissiere pour Noël avec une superbe bûche ! Eugène et Albert était également toujours la pour nous aider et veiller à notre bien être. L'île était sublime, nous avons déconnecté complètement car pas de wifi ni Tv mais l'expérience n'en a été que meilleur pour couper de nos habitudes et profiter de la nature sauvage et de l'effet ressourcant que cela apporte. Nous reviendrons à Nosy be c'est certain et avec plaisir chez Sophie !!

Amazing holiday!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this gorgeous villa in Nosy Be. Definitely, it was one of our best holiday we ever had. The villa is very spacious, clean and beautiful furnished and decorated. From the veranda on the ground floor there is an amazing view to the ocean, the surrounded landscape and the beautyful garden. From the balcony on the first floor the view is even more fantastic and perfect to enjoy the sunset in the evenings. The weather was good, and especially on the villa‘s veranda, most times there was a smooth and agreeable wind in the afternoon. It is just a 10 minutes walk or less to the beach and the diving center, where we enjoyed fantastic dive trips. For purchases and for getting around the island we rented 125cc scooters. The way from the main street to the villa was in the beginning a bit tricky with the scooters, but after two or three times it became more easy. The pool is large and well maintained, we enjoyed a swim several times a day and the pool provides from one end a very nice view to the sea. The owner, Sophie is very nice and helpful and she was very kind to answer all our questions and helped to arrange several things in advance like the taxi transfer, which was perfectly organized. At our arrival, Fredine, the housekeeper was waiting to welcome us and already prepared the dinner. Everything Fredine cooked was very delicious as she always took fresh food, which she bought from the market. We really appreciated her excellent service, which helped to made our stay very, very comfortabe. Also Albert, the gardener and Eugène the guardian during the night made a very good job and were very friendly all the time. As already written, it was one of our best holiday and we will keep everything in best memory. A big thank you to everyone who made this possible.

Amazing in every way

What a wonderful time we've all just had. The house and its location are amazing, in fact I don't think the photos do it justice. Freddine is a fantastic cook and looked after all seven of us so well in every way, even though our French language skills are worse than basic and she had to work out what we were trying to communicate from gestures. In fact everybody involved with the house was great....the outside guys could always find something interesting in the garden to show us. Sophie was amazingly helpful leading up to our holiday, sorting out our transfer from the airport and generally advising us about things to do and see. Although after reading previous reviews we had intended to hire a car, once we were there we didn't feel we needed to. We went on quite a few trips where we were picked up from the house, or we walked down just beyond the garden to the beach and restaurants, or to go further a field we just stopped a tuk tuk, taxi or local bus. Thank you Sophie for a very special holiday

Une bonne adresse à conserver

Nous avons séjourné chez Sophie et Guy deux fois dans la même année, une fois entre amies et une deuxième fois en famille. Pour les deux cas, je recommande vivement cette adresse. D'abord, pour la sécurité, c'est une maison gardée, avec discrétion. Ensuite, pour l'excellent service en tout point de vue : une très bonne table fait maison, à la demande selon les gouts, la maison est très bien entretenue, avec une grande piscine et une belle terrasse, un grand jardin tropical soigné. Enfin, pour la conception de la maison elle même, un style local en bois et végétaux à l'extérieur et tout le confort nécessaire à l'intérieur . La maison est joliment décorée, c'est dépaysant. Il y a quatre chambres avec salle de bain privative chacune et un grand séjour ouvert sur la terrasse. Excellent pour passer de bonnes vacances. De bonnes adresses de restaurants et de sorties nous ont été recommandées par Sophie. Nous reviendrons.

FANTASTIQUE!

Un séjour fantastique!!! Que dire de plus si ce n'est que Sophie a été une véritable alliée dans l'organisation de ce séjour, que la maison est incroyable (petit plus pour la grande chambre de l'étage qui offre un magnifique panorama) et que le staff est génial!!!! Fredine la gouvernante et cuisinière nous a régalé du matin jusqu'au soir, nous a présenté un ami pêcheur qui nous a impressionné avec ses trésors et aujourd'hui ses petits plats nous manques. Nosy Be est une île magique! il faut le vivre pour le croire! La maison de Sophie offre calme et sérénité dans un décors des plus magnifique. Un excellent coin pour se remettre des excursions de la journée!!!

Des vacances inoubliables !!!

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Sophie une semaine fin octobre avec des amis. Nous étions donc 9 au total et ne nous gênions absolument pas; chacun avait son espace. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et allie élégance et matériaux nobles. Le deck, la piscine et le jardin sont un enchantement !!! Sophie est une hôte absolument charmante et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous allons revenir à Nosy be et nous louerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir la maison de Sophie !!!

Wonderful vacation in Nosy Be paradise

We stayed at Sophie and Guy's villa just for one week in June, but it was truly amazing experience. The villa is beautiful, built and decorated in local architecture and style. It has 4 big double en-suite bedrooms, living room, patio and a swimming pool. It is ideally located, just half an hour drive from the airport and short walk from the beautiful beach of Ambondrona. Sophie, the owner is really helpful. She organized everything for our arrival. We were welcomed by Freddine who ensured our comfort throughout our holiday. Jacques, the chef cooked for us amazing dinners. Thank you Sophie, it was short but wonderful holiday.
