Overall highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay with good location to subway and other attractions. "

"Everything was great except the laundry service, very outdated and expensive. Restaurant is good but you can find great food at an excellent price just outside the hotel. They maintain the service level of The Royal Parks hotel. "

"Excellent location. Facilities at the hotel were about the best i've seen anywhere. The onsite spa was fantastic. Clost to subway. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Rooms a bit too small, but typical of Japan. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a stay in Osaka."

"Great location as it’s just steps from the main Kyoto Station, Don Quiote, and Aeon Mall. Being on the south side of the station means a bit less hussle and bussle, easier to access. It is much quieter and less foot traffic. The room was very clean and spacious for our family. Multiple floors for laundry was a definite great add-on for us (and even a tv channel dedicated to monitoring the laundry machines vacancy). Definitly recommend and would stay again in the future."
