Casa Artistica is a modern, meticulously designed three-bedroom home nestled in the heart of the Playa Guiones jungle. Located in the desirable North section of Guiones, you’re just a stroll away from everything—from surf spots to local shops and eateries. Inspired by a deep love for this vibrant town, the owner created a space that combines contemporary comfort with artistic flair. Enjoy two and a half well-appointed bathrooms, a private swimming pool, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a backup water system, locally crafted furniture, and pillowtop mattresses. With generous outdoor living spaces and balconies on every bedroom—complete with American-standard railings for added safety—Casa Artistica is designed with both style and your family’s comfort in mind.

ON THE INSIDE

Step into a spacious, light-filled home featuring three beautifully modern bedrooms—each with its own A/C unit and convenient bathroom access. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a counter opening to the living area, creates a seamless flow perfect for preparing a delightful family dinner. The living room offers ample comfortable seating and a television for relaxed evenings.

ON THE OUTSIDE

Casa Artistica’s exterior is all about privacy and security. A large wall surrounds the entire property, offering the rare luxury of true seclusion without sacrificing easy access to central Guiones. The private pool forms a serene oasis, enhanced by breathtaking murals and artwork that celebrate the home’s artistic spirit.

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING

Perfectly situated on the outskirts of some of the town’s most popular hangouts, Casa Artistica is within walking distance to a variety of local restaurants, bars, and shops—while still offering a peaceful retreat from the commotion of central Guiones. With easy car access, your travel days will be stress free, giving you more time to explore and enjoy everything Playa Guiones has to offer.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE

Please note that there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood, and you may encounter some noise during your stay. We want you to fully embrace the majesty of Costa Rica, so if you have any concerns about construction noise, feel free to reach out before booking.

LOCAL QUIRKS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA

While Costa Rica's infrastructure is steadily improving, it's important to note that some things are beyond our control. During your stay, you may experience occasional dust, bugs, and power, water, or internet outages. These are common in the area and part of the experience of immersing yourself in a different country and culture.

If staying connected is essential during your visit, we recommend looking into internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Additionally, please be aware that Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities, which means construction noise may be present between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. We make every effort to keep our guests informed about ongoing construction that may impact their stay, but unfortunately, we do not always receive advance notice of new projects.

Regarding plumbing, please note that the septic system in Nosara does not allow toilet paper to be flushed (with a few exceptions). We kindly ask that you adhere to this guideline during your stay.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience, but we want to ensure that all guests are aware of these local quirks before booking. Refunds and concessions will not be provided for the above-mentioned issues, as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out before booking.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Kindly note that while we honor our cancellation policy, any processing or payment gateway fees incurred during your reservation are non-refundable in the event of a guest-initiated cancellation, even if your cancellation qualifies for a full or partial refund. This policy does not apply if the host cancels the reservation.

We want to ensure that your stay in Nosara is safe and enjoyable. Like many beach communities, petty theft can occasionally be an issue in the area. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, so we kindly ask that you take the following precautions during your stay:

• Always keep doors and windows locked when you're away from the property and at night. If your sliding doors or windows have security bars, please ensure they are in place. If you cannot find the bars, contact us as soon as possible.

• Never leave valuables or personal items unattended when you leave the house, including electronics, identification, and anything else of apparent value.

• Do not leave valuables in your car while you’re out, and avoid leaving anything on your front or back patios unattended.

• If your property has a security alarm, always set it when you leave, even for short periods of time.

While a security guard is not included with your rental, we can arrange for one upon request. If you'd like to hire a security guard for part or all of your stay, please let us know during the booking process and specify the hours you'd like covered.

Please be aware that, even with these precautions in place, theft can still occur in Nosara. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager are not responsible for any loss of items due to theft.
