Sandringham Cottage is a beautiful cottage at the heart of Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads. The cottage benefits from a private riverside garden with direct fishing when in season and with the right licence in the River Bure, its own mooring outside the door for a dinghy or day boat and allocated parking spaces.

Once parked it is a ten minute walk into the village to benefit from the many restaurants, shops and cafes. There are also a number of boat hire operations locally and skippered tour boat trips leaving five minutes walk from the door.

Enjoy all the wildlife that lives on the Norfolk Broads from the windows of the cottage or from the south facing balcony or on the picnic benches set in the private garden area.

The cottage is doubled glazed throughout and is fitted with electric heating.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, fan oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. A window over the sink allows lovely views over the water to Wroxham Bridge.

The living room has has panoramic views out over the River Bure. There are two two seater sofas, a television with free view and a dvd player plus a port hole style window with views over the river.

All beds are made up on arrival and towels provided for each guest. There is one dual aspect double bedroom with river views and one dual aspect twin room with views out over Wroxham Bridge.

The bathroom is fitted with bath and shower over, basin and toilet.
