"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. "

Should provide minimum two water bottles per room per day. My request for a microwave and a mini fridge was fulfilled. During our three nights stay, room cleaning service was not provided "

Great hotel and great location!
"Great hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel/room were clean. This hotel is in the Old Market district. You can walk anywhere from here. We had a great time walking the streets, visiting all of the shops, and stopping by the local restaurants and bars. Omaha really surprised us and we had a great time here in the city and the hotel."
