"Hotel had mostly friendly staff. A couple who made errors during my stay (did not provide all food vouchers at check in, did not add the confirmed guest (that I confirmed months ago by email) to the registry and a restaurant staff who accepted a voucher with a wrong date by accident then another that wouldn't accept the one I had left in the end) and gave a little bit of attitude but others who were super friendly and accommodating. "Walkable distance to the convention center and quite a few restaurants and bars. Extremely easy to take the 747 bus from the airport to the train; train station is only 2 1/2 blocks to the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean. "
