"Great place, interesting history. Really well refurbed, warm, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Brilliant location at edge of Kielder Forest and in Dark Skies zone for viewing the cosmos. Ten min stride from Bellingham village with all necessary amenities you would require. "

"Property itself inside was clean and tidy - this property is obviously a work in progress and would love and visit again in say 6 months to see how far things have progressed.. rooms themselves are immaculate and definitely underpriced.. do need to look at the entry system for the property as front was not working and the back was erratic.. overall though was very impressed at the facilites on offer and location is superb.."

"Quite easy to find, & handy for many of the cute villages on that coast. The bed was comfortable, & the single room has its own bathroom with a good shower & a, very welcome, hot bath. Tea, coffee, fresh milk & 2 types of cereal available. Would use again if I was over on Northumberland's coast."
