Friendly and accommodating staff members. If I have to say, one possible improvement area: bathroom was spacy and modern/clean, but very limited space to keep the toiletries. Overall very happy and will 100% recommend. "

"The staff here were far and away the most friendly, helpful, and genuinely looking to serve group I’ve ever experienced. I would always stay at this property when in London if only for the service! As for the property, with a family of 5, it was a little cozy. But is to be expected. The room shows a little age, but the room was clean, neat, and the beds were great. Getting to and from with luggage and kids required hiring a car, but the free ferry across the Thames to the Canary Wharf area was easy and awesome. Will absolutely stay here again!"
