"I’m not sure why I did not know that I would have a shared bathroom, but it was never cleaned and wish I knew this was the case. The place is very old and a little scary, but the staff there are super friendly and helpful. It’s like a hostel where people live there… full time? Maybe halfway house?"

"Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). "property located in a quiet residential area located at 20 minutes walk from town centre .property is a bid dated and could do with a bit more cleaning .no much water coming for the shower ,bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable and we had a cockroach visiting while we were there .we found a trap under the sink in toilet therefore business must be aware of issue. not many choices for a family room in the area especially at last minute but we won’t return in this hotel "

"Wow what a little gem of a hotel with restaurant. Room was amazing, modern, classic and Mediterranean feel in heart of a Kent village. If you get room 8 or 9 you won’t be disappointed. Restaurant food was top notch if a little pricy and the included breakfast was also lovely in quality and flavour. Would pick over a chain hotel any day especially as location has few choices for accommodation."
