"Hotel accommodations were Excellent. Location is 1km from train station, which it was OK for daily activities but arrival was rough since I did not have data nor taxi to get there, it was my fault though. Hotel was very clean and friendly person at breakfast every day. Ahh public bus stop is 1/2 block away, it was very convenient. "

"So my stay here actually started off good however my AC stopped working and even though the lady at the front desk was really helpful the service people in that hotel could not fix the issue. I was then told they would have to move me to another hotel under their brand which was supposedly a 5 start hotel due to the Parioli being fully occupied. I was open to this because the room was extremely hot. To my horror I got to the 2nd hotel called La Griffe, and the AC was also not working in the room , an engineer had to come fiddle around before it worked. The room was so stufffy and musty, uncomfortable sheets, I was paranoid taking a shower in the bathroom!!! It was the worst and most uncomfortable night of my trip. The Parioli has potential but there is still a way to go. I am demanding a refund for at least one night of my stay as I had to stay in a hotel that I didn’t book due to air condition issues. "

"Our room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 2pm, but my husband wasn’t feeling well and they got us in the room by noon. The front desk personnel were very friendly and kind. They got us a taxi to take us to the Vatican and also helped us with transportation to the airport. The hotel was spotless and our room very comfortable and clean."
