"Check in was easy, hotel, grounds and room were clean. Large room, large bathroom, shower leaked until I pulled really hard on the faucet handle. One of two elevators was out of service. The food for the rooftop bar that came up from the ground floor kitchen and the maids carts had to use that one elevator with the hotel guests. Staff in the rooftop bar was inexperienced young college students who didn't know to bring utensils napkins nor plates to the table when we had ordered food. Also dropped the bill at the table in a Check Presenter without a pen. Food was thoughtfully prepared hotel food."

"I liked the room & big bathroom. I didn't like that there was no utensils or plates or skillets to cook with. But there was a stove & refrigerator. I paid for two days & got locked out on second day. The beds were fine."

"Rooms were a little spartan, but very clean and comfortable. Super comfortable bed, nice bar and restaurant with excellent food, and simply beautiful grounds with gardens, fountains, and serene walking paths. After a long day driving, Gaia was an oasis. I won't hesitate to stay there again."
