"Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und ein Pluspunkt. Leider war ein Teil des Personals nicht besonders hilfsbereit und teilweise auch nicht sehr freundlich. Insgesamt könnte der Service deutlich verbessert werden. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung."
"Everyone was helpful, accommodating and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Car parking in rear lot saved us lots of time not having to look for parking spots. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Kelvingate Park was a beautiful walk through. The hotel was only 5 minutes from the M8."
"This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The bed and pillows genuinely hurt so bad, we used our comforter instead and rolled it up to support our necks since the pillows were rock solid and about 1/2 inch thick.
The rooms had no AC even though the pictures showed an AC unit, and the room we had was in the front of the hotel with lights shining through the curtains since they were hung 2 inches off the wall all night. Worst sleep we’ve gotten in ages. Our backs are still hurting a week...
"This is a very good location near the middle of town. You are less than a block from the Radmansgatten t bahn station to the south and maybe a block from the Odenplan one to the northwest. The hotel is clean and the water is hot. The A/C does not get as cold as it could but it does cool the room. Note the cheap rooms are very small-not much room to turn around in especially if there are two people. And the lower level ones don't have windows, if that's a problem for you. It's quite though....
