The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff.

This place never disappoints. From the friendly and easy check in, too the great staff at the restaurant.. I recommend this hidden gem to anyone passing threw the area.. GREAT JOB STAFF!

Great place, friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations with a nice breakfast. Pool is wonderful during the summer months. There are 2 great places to eat across the street right by the river-Farmhand & Stumptown brewery-very convenient. Also convenient to Armstrong Woods. Will be back!

We spent a few nights for a weekend escape with our dog from San Francisco. The location is ideal for exploring the wineries in Sonoma and Healdsburg by car. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the property was clean and exactly what we were looking for during our brief staycation. There are food options and a casino nearby. I highly recommend this place for families, couples, and pet owners.

My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.

So the Inn and receptionists, waitstaff fine dining restaurant were great. Food was phenomenal too. But the majority of the staff at the restaurant across the street were cold, unfriendly and a bunch of prudes. I politely asked one of the waiters if i could sit at the bar and he said “Well can you? Like physically. Go see the hostess she needs to do a headcount.” I go see the hostess and she was like hmm 1 person not sure let me see. Made a face and spoke to her colleague. Nice clean and spacious rooms, convenient location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Overall we had a very nice stay!

I stayed in a standard queen room and it was spotless. The second thing I noticed was a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee I own one at home so made me feel right at home. As a woman traveling alone I loved the safety aspect of the parking garage. I will stay here again could not find negatives at all.
