"Exactly what I was hoping for. Clean and cute accommodation. Lots of space for 5 of us with two bathrooms. A walking trail down to the beach was great and put us on Clareville beach quickly. I would highly recommend this place."

"Check in was easy. Michelle was always quick to reply about any queries that we had. A very generous welcome pack of treats as well as access to anything else in the freezer and pantry. Lovely safe backyard which was great for amusing two toddlers, so much better than staying in a hotel !! Property felt spacious and clean, loved the living areas and kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and cleaning products"

"Lovely accommodation in great location. However I feel two improvements would greatly improve the property. First is screens on doors & windows to prevent insects & improve airflow as well as fresh air at night. Two is ceiling fans in bedrooms to circulate air as the water cooler fans in bedroom didn’t help much. Otherwise great."

"The view does not disappoint. The apartment is exactly as described, a really nice layout. Our family had a lovely stay there over the September school holidays. The kids loved the infinity pool. A beautiful, tranquil part of Avalon and only a few minutes from the main shopping centre. I would stay there again) I highly recommend."

"This was just what we were looking for. It held our whole family comfortably for a family wedding. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen and fantastic decks overlooking the water. It is conveniently located to the beach and lots of restaurants. The property manager was attentive to all. A great place!"

"Short walk to good swimming beach, shorter walk to good surfing beach. Ocean pools to swim in, if you don't like the beach (well, there might be someone, you never know). Short walk to beachside cafe. Slightly longer walk to local shops and restaurants. Apartment is spacious, well fitted out, large balcony with view over the valley, and has some lovely features and artwork to set it off. What's not to like?"

"A pleasant stay in a spacious cottage. All good if you ignore the check in failures and poor quality, limited TV offering. Cottage Point Kiosk is good for breakfast and lunch but Cottage Point Inn is expensive and only open for dinner on weekends. Apart from the road there are no walks from Cottage Point unless you drive out or further into the National Park."
