"Everything was exactly as described by the helpful and gracious property owners. Lower level efficiency unit with plenty of sunlight through walk-out sliding glass door. 10 minute walk to stores/beach/ferry in Manly town center. Beautiful 20-minute ferry ride to Central Quay, Sydney. "

"Bob was a very friendly host who was very helpful. Our accomodation - a ground floor flat was well appointed. Lovely and warm with aircon and underfloor heating. Nicely set up for a quick weekend stay. Nice peaceful spot close to everything Manly. The off street parking was on a busy corner which made coming and going a bit daunting. Sadly the upstairs occupants were very noisy and noise insulation between levels was not perfect. "

"We stayed in the apartment for a month awaiting the birth of our grandchild and helping with the care of the older child. The place was perfect for us providing the space we desired, a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and a spectacular view. We enjoyed the outdoor space and also being on the bus line and the short walk to Manly Beach. We would come again."

"Cleaning was not done after the last visit is moved out, along with the air-conditioning in the living room not working properly, the Internet was so slow it was faster to use the phone, and a lot of pigeon feces on the air conditioner for the second bedroom, the location was acceptable, this rental needs attention."
