"Amazing property. It was my first time in Cleveland. The front desk clerks were amazing and spoke formally. They were able to get me checked into the room. The room was very clean!! I’d definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast included in the stay offered a variety of tasty choices. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The area is walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and Art Museums."

"The room could use some BLEACH! The sink was dirty(look in the mirror and you can see the sink). The toilet seat could use some BLEACH(I used Lysol Spray daily). The shower water was WARM (more in the cooler side at night). I did NOT request a different room due to me traveling SOLO and I did NOT want to get on the elevator or be upstairs. The breakfast was OK, but the meat did not seem like it was cooked all the way. Also….THE AC unit was very loud. I ran it very low while out (the room was cold when I returned) so I did not need it on at night. The FRONT desk clerks was very nice and attentive when I checked out (the late shift). "
