"Our stay at Sandman Hotel Calgary Airport was a bit of a mixed experience. Unfortunately, our original room needed more thorough cleaning, as we found some contact lenses still left on the bedside table, which was disappointing. However, the front desk staff handled the situation exceptionally well! They offered to move us to another room and even provided a complimentary upgrade. Their prompt response and excellent customer service truly made a difference. While the room cleanliness could definitely be improved, we appreciated how the staff went above and beyond to make things right. Great service and a wonderful example of how a hotel can turn a disappointing experience into a positive one! 👏✨"
