"Everything was lovely with the room and the check in staff and valet parking was great. The only negatives were to do with the food. Room service was an hour wait to receive food, which you were told when ordering so that was fine but the food itself was really not great and certainly not worth the price. Also the following morning the cafe which was said to be open at 5am wasnt on time and when we asked the girl behind the counter at 5am if they were open yet, she told us to wait and wasnt particularly friendly about it even though it was after opening time. The coffee was lovely though when she did finally make it. It didnt matter overall but it was more her attitude & if we had been needing to get going in a hurry it would have been frustrating."
