When I arrived, the hotel had not processed my Expedia reservation from 3 weeks prior, so I spent my first hour on the phone with Expedia, and they ended up refunding my reservation and I had to pay for a new stay. The elevators to my wing broke the day after I arrived, and my room was on the 9th floor, so I had no room access for half a day. They got one of the 2 elevators working, but it was obvious that it was on its last leg. I had several occasions without hot water, and twice had to take a cold shower. The hotel is in need of renovation. "
