"Was disappointed this time around. I spent 4 nights at the hotel and housekeeping never cleaned our room. I told the staff 3 days in a row that we needed towels and a change of trash, and I was told that housekeeping would take care of it, and they never did! I’m not a Karen but i’m extremely disappointed after spending close to $2000 and had to chase staff for work that should be done. "The hotel was lovely. The room was spacious, the linens soft, and the pillows comfy. The staff were super helpful (e.g. suggestions, letting us leave our bags when we arrived early), etc. Location was amazing. You are right in the center of everything and all the attractions are relatively close together. The rooftop bar was awesome and we had a great view (with delicious drinks and food) for sunset. The only challenge was no onsite parking, which the hotel is very transparent about. ...

"Location near the airport was convenient with the shuttle bus a bonus. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and morning breakfast provided good choices. Will def stay again when flying from BOS."
