"We spent a wonderful 4 days at The Barns at Thorpe Market. It's in a perfect location, a oasis of calm, but ideal for visiting a wide variety of different areas including seaside resorts, coastal walks and National Trust properties. Check in was easy and there is ample car parking space. Our room was clean, comfy and spacious with plenty of storage and we made use of the communal outdoor seating area at the end of the day. We were especially delighted with the thoughtful touches in the room and the welcome gift of scrumptious homemade flapjack. We definitely had no trouble getting a goodnight's sleep. Breakfast was spot on and well cooked and we certainly didn't go hungry. Just loved the omelettes! The hosts, Amanda and Tony are friendly and extremely helpful. They always asked about our previous day and our ongoing plans and are very knowledgeable about the local area. Their tips and advice were very useful indeed. It' a great place to stay and I highly recommend The Barns at Thorpe Market. "

"perfect for a relaxing weekend, for food we went to the waitrose which wasn’t far about 15 mins in the car and there was a bar/ cafe and fish and chips 20 mins down the beach. the local premier shop had all we needed, really nice place to sit on the beach "

"We stayed one night room and breakfast and it was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The breakfast menu had plenty of choice; the quality of the food and service was very good. We also ate dinner there and it was just as good. The bedroom was a little tired & very noisy from road traffic (it was a hot night and we needed the windows fully open!) but it didn’t stop us from sleeping. Overall a great stay."

"Such a clean, tidy and cosy place to stay and only a short walk to the beach.could maybe have a toilet inside the chalet but was only a 5mins walk to some on the site. sun, sea and sanity just what was needed, would love to go back in the future."
