House includes three large decks, large level front & backyard, fully equipped newly-renovated kitchen with quality dishware and spices. Baths are recently renovated, clean and bright. Full basement with newer washer and dryer and ping pong table. Good internet for working remotely, as well as a few small desk areas (master bedroom, queen bedroom). Mini-splits/AC throughout the house.
First floor includes a sunny kitchen with all usual amenities including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a large island with plenty of storage and counter seating. The newly constructed open floor plan dining/living/family room combination includes new hardwood oak floors, multiple skylights, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, AC mini-split, gas fireplace, 65" TV with soundbar, a leather couch and two leather recliners, and dining chairs for 8. The first floor den/small living room has newly-sanded oak hardwood floors, a comfortable couch which seats 3-4, two large upholstered easy chairs and a two small rattan chairs. There is also a 42" Samsung Smart TV. Also on the first floor is a sunny full en-suite bath with shower, a half bath with sink and toilet and a bedroom with new hardwood oak floors, two twin beds with new mattresses and bed frames and AC.
Carpeted stairs lead to the sunny sun-drenched second floor, which is fully carpeted throughout excluding the bathroom. Second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a Thuma king bed and matching end tables, a small desk & chair, a large painted dresser, a 50" Samsung Smart flat screen TV, futon adjacent to windows with a southern exposure, AC, and sliding glass doors to a large deck with plenty of outdoor solid deck furniture. The second bedroom on this level is also very bright, with south-facing windows. The second bedroom includes a Thuma queen bed, a full-sized futon, small desk, hardwood dresser, A/C & full length mirror. On this second level there is also a newly-renovated full bath with combination tub and shower (with new double vanity and plumbing fixtures) and plenty of closet space throughout.

The house has 3 smart TVs with good wifi for streaming, 10 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, two children's 24” bikes plus older helmets (use of bikes and helmets is at your own risk), a gas grill, badminton, soccer and basketballs. The three-level deck is great for lounging or watching the sunset and stars, and the top deck offers limited views of the bay, the Provincetown monument and lights, the sparkling ocean and setting sun, and fabulous unobstructed night sky gazing ! Deck outside the master bedroom is perfect for summer reading or simply dozing off in a comfortable lounge chair.

The private outdoor shower off the very large first floor deck is a great way to cool off after the beach, bike ride, walk or long run. Patio table and 6-8 chairs as well as multiple Adirondack deck and lounge chairs, for comfortable outdoor entertaining.

Sliders off the first floor family room lead to a large newly-constructed screened-in porch with seating for seven.

There are outdoor umbrellas for sitting in the shade, plus umbrellas and sand screws and beach chairs for taking to the beach. There is also a hammock in the shade to take a snooze in. Families with children are welcome, however there are stairs inside the house, stairs leading to the three outdoor decks, and stairs from Lookout Bluff down to the beach, so children should be old enough so that these do not pose a safety threat to them. Ping pong table in the basement for rainy days and evening games. Beginner's surf board in the basement is also available for guest's use, as well as boogie boards, a skim board and a blow up inner tube. (FYI please note that during the late fall through early spring, the outdoor first floor deck dining table and chairs are kept inside. Adirondack chairs on the second floor deck remain outdoors all winter, as does the screen-in porch furniture.. There is also a portable pack-n-play crib and booster seat/high chair combo available for guests use.

Pillows, blankets and quilts /comforters are provided, but please bring your own bed linens and towels. (Bed linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee, if notified enough in advance).
Truro is beautiful in the off-season, and house is available for rent, year-round. Discounts available for the months of March, April, May, early June, September, October, November, December, January and February and linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee.
