"It is a great, friendly place to stay. Breakfasts were good for starting a day of Cape Cod exploration. Close to Provincetown, lighthouses, trails and beaches. Staff is very friendly. Facilities are perfectly fine but may need an upgrade soon. "

"The room itself is a basic standard no frills hotel room. Not much offered for amenities, just a couple bars of soap. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is what we loved most. The property is nicely located right on the beach in Truro just a short drive from Provincetown. Every room has an individual deck that gives every guest the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful cape cod beach and ocean views. We loved listening to the ocean all night from the comfort of our room. The property also has a nice indoor pool, steam room, sauna, fire pit, basketball and tennis courts, and also has a cafe that serves up a tasty breakfast (for additional cost). We enjoyed our stay so much that we already came back for another stay and will certainly look to stay again in the future. "

"My husband and I wanted a place to relax and reflect after our wedding weekend. This was perfect! Bright, clean, and simple with gorgeous ocean view. Spacious back deck for overlooking shimmering sea, by day. Sound of waves lapping shore, by night. We nearly had the beach to ourselves this time of year. Sweet cafes and restaurants easily accessible in P town, a short drive. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Grateful this place is shared!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Our 2 dogs loved the location for beautiful walks. We were there for Thanksgiving and brought a 14 pound turkey which we couldn't cook because there isn't an actual stove...that said we would plan differently and stay there again in a heartbeat! actual stove/oven "
