We arrived after an overnight flight and we were exhausted. Nicoleta could not have been more welcoming and helpful! She got us settled and answered all our questions, even some we hadn’t thought of. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, it was fabulous, and you’ll be in great hands with Nicoleta.

The hotel provided tea milk and hot chocolate but no coffee. Treats were also complimentary. Room and hotel was always tidy and clean. Within the financial district we only had the london tower and the tower bridge nearby so we had to take the underground to most places for sightseeing. It’s 4 minutes walk to the underground tower station. After dark the walk from the tower station or park station can be dark on some streets. Not dangerous just our daughter felt uncomfortable a few times.

Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and I had plenty of options for breakfast. It’s also very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites. Would stay again!

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place.

Excellent location. Very clean hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar has some of the best views of the city. I will definitely stay here again.

Great safe location for solo traveler

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

This is my favorite place to stay in London. It’s easy to get to and there are so many great different areas surrounding it. So you can get to everything. The staff is phenomenal and even though the rooms are a little small, they’re still quite comfortable. The only thing is the bed is a little soft but that’s barely a criticism.

Fantastic from for a family of four exploring London. The room had everything we needed, including laundry in the apartment. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the tower and tower bridge. The Tower Hill tube station took us everywhere else that we wanted to go. Hop on hop off buses pick up right across the street from the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Beautiful hotel within walking distance of shopping, dining options and the tube. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.
