"The apartment was super cute and cozy. It was super clean and decorated really well. It came stocked with what we needed dinnerware wise. Unfortunately there were a few issues with our stay. The biggest issue we had was the pool access. Upon check in I was told there was a key to the pool on the counter but there wasn’t a key. I contacted the host the first evening I was there (Thursday) and did not hear back from her until Friday and was informed she would drop the key off Saturday morning....

"I paid to stay here and mentioned it to the property manager. After I had arrived I was told that it wasn’t available and that she didn’t know I had booked it. So I had to get a hotel. Very disappointed."
