The ranch sits on 20 acres on the North River just 2km from the ocean at Clark's Beach, Newfoundland. North River is a great home base for exploring the northwest Avalon Peninsula, and beyond, with famous sites, like Cupids, Brigus, Harbour Grace, Port de Grave, Bonavista, Trinity, Dildo, and many more. Bay Roberts is only 5 minutes away for all shopping and supply needs, and unique and local restaurants are abundant.
The Main house is 3000 square feet, sits on 30 acres, leading down to the shores of North River, where you can enjoy fishing for 6 different species of Trout and Salmon. In the nearby bay you can experience Cod, Mackerel, Herring, and Caplin fishing. The ranch is still home to sheep, chickens, and horses, raised by our friendly ranch hand, and information guide.
The manicured gardens, and grounds, are a entertainer's delight, and caters to all types of visitors and vacationers. There are 3 main bedrooms, and a private den, with queen pull out sofa, providing sleeping for 8.
The chef's kitchen has gas and electric cooking surfaces, 2 ovens, and indoor charcoal bbq.
