"Sonesta Suites, North Olmsted is a very nice extended stay hotel. The rooms are updated, bright and spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable, all the linens are clean,white and fresh. The kichen area is great for an extended stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."
"The hotel was nice, check in was very easy and staff were friendly. I did have an issue with the connecting room, as the guests were very inconsiderate and forgot they were not at home but rather a hotel where people had to work the next day. There was a STRONG odor of marijuana seeping under my door. Which cool, do you, but I needed to be up at 8 for work. Hotel staff moved my room and even brought me the new room keys to the 5th floor. I appreciated that because I expected to have to go get them. The elevator was a bit questionable lol as it had a sign that said if it got stuck and WOULD NOT MOVE push the button for the 5th floor and that would reset it. 😂😩 I rode the elevator many times and it never got stuck. I would definitely stay here again. NO BUGS I CHECKED ✅ "
