"No AC. No windows with screens so only option to cool room is an open sliding glass door with standing floor fan. Nice location on beach so thankfully some breeze with door open. Breakfast not included. Free parking. Low flow sink. Overall too expensive for what you get."

"Easy walking distance to the ocean beach and shops and eateries. Quiet, clean, well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Our room included a kitchenette--sink counter bar, with mini-microwave, mini fridge, and even a dishwasher. Wonderful staff! Good family-friendly breakfast options."
