River Inn at Seaside

"Our 3 night stay at the River Inn at Seaside was pretty good. All of the weekday staff were so sweet and have a great sense of humor. They will jump up and hit the electric door button to make it easier to get in and out with your bags. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. Our only complaint was the beds and pillows. The bed is lumpy and thin on wood slats bed frame. The pillows had no support. We ended up going to Fred Meyer in Warrenton to get our own pillows. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, and bike rentals were a nice touch."

"Front desk staff was not very friendly when checking in. When checking in we were charged an additional $7/night for amenity fees they said. Which I was not thrilled about as when I book through Expedia everything is supposed to already be included in the price at time of booking. Expedia needs to look into this and adjust their prices or warn members using their service that this hotel charges extra fees. Breakfast buffet was waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, cold cereal, boiled eggs, and fresh fruit with juice and coffee. They did have a pool hot tub available for use. Their business center included two computers in hallway on first floor with no chairs just standing access only. Ice machine available on first floor only. Rooms do have AC. Starbucks is adjacent to the hotel. Hotel is off main Street but can be a wait to get into or out of parking lot due to traffic. Housekeeping for this hotel for stays longer than one night is by advance request only. Hotel overall was ok. No ocean views as in town and off main road."

"The property is getting some renovations but didn't bother our stay. We got the balcony room so we could watch the ocean as we can't walk much anymore. Had a wonderful stay."
Astoria Riverwalk Inn

"The room was nice and remodeled and very spacious with a nice balcony to sit on. We enjoyed the table to play games on as well. It’s obviously an older hotel but pretty well maintained. The breakfast was good and the price was pretty good."

"Great place to stay with lots of amenities - convenient to restaurants, the beach, shopping. Excellent hot breakfast with many options, nice pool and hot tub. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. We really appreciated the patio, screen door and the ocean view from our room! Staff was friendly and helpful. This motel is an excellent value with a convenient location in Lincoln City. We'd definitely stay there again."
