"Excellent location for the racing - stayed 3 nights in total which included parking. It was a little run down but very good value for money. "Exceptionally clean room, comfy beds, great choice at breakfast, good food and all staff helpful except the staff member helping with breakfast on Friday morning on the 25th September. I understand my grandson and l didn’t get down for breakfast till 8.45 and they finish serving at 9. However, the staff member kept giving us warning times, we could have been allowed 5 minutes to finish but we got a 4 minute warning, literally, and she made us feel very uncomfortable and was obviously saying it for our benefit. Otherwise a great stay and the reason we have given 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Thanks to everyone else who was lovely and very helpful. Diane and Paul."
