"We were put in a room that had black brown marks on the wall stains on the sheets no TV missing handle on the sink handle falling off on the bathtub no lid on the toilet tank door barely worked. Had to constantly go get our keys redone to get in our room and that was after it took forever to get checked in because no one's paying attention to their front desk luckily I was desperate or I would have dropped out right there"
