"I arrived at the hotel to find that the company had sold my room 2x and someone else was staying in my room. I called several times and spent hours trying to get on the phone to sort it out and get my refund. I ended up having to pay more to get in a room that was more expensive at the hotel because of this which inconvenienced me and my family. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND 4-5 days later. "Awesome! Absolutely loved this place. Check-in was fast and efficient. Friendly staff that had great recommendations for restaurants. Room was awesome. Great view, poolside and large. Beds were good, shower was hot and the AC was ice cold. Can't beat the location. Everything you might want to do is walking distance. The lake pier is 200 yds down the beach. Pool is nice, but got sandy later in the day and it closes too early at 9p. 10 min to Northstar bike park too! Only grip is parking - VERY tight, especially good through the "portico", but you can access the lakeside buildings from the stop light near the Sinclair gas station if need be. Will absolutely stay again. "
