Unlike 5 star closed properties, this has space, trees, history, personal service, home cooked food (much of it grown on the property), lots of sitting spots (outside and inside) to give guests space to unwind and enjoy nature and Indian culture. They also organize tours to holy sites and to experience local culture."

"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

"The communication before arrival and helpfulness of the staff was the best thing about this hotel. They were super responsive, answered all my questions, organised taxi, SIM card, money change, everything. The room was large and looked as advertised. Great hot shower. Felt safe as solo female. Really good value for money. Good wifi. Breakfast was small but tasty."

The river is 100 meters away from hotel, close to the bo­at station. No car access.Taxi stops 1 km away. Recommend­ed place to visit Va­ranasi. Based between two cremations pl­aces on the river. "

"Hey its an Indian hotel, so its much lower than western style hotels. My first night i was put in a new room on the other side of the alley. Next might back to the main hotel. The rooms were so different, first was new & clean, second was old & dirty!"

"The rooms are suitable for pigs. Blood stains on the sheets and in the bignon were feces and urine. The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood where it surrounded us because they had never seen an online reservation. We were scared and we are gone. We have not slept in this dirty (like a pigsty) and dangerous place"
