"ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! They gave me a room that looked a dungeon basement and smelled of mold. Water dripping from the ceiling and NO WIFI THERE. Instead of giving me a better room I had to pay 50% NORE to get a somewhat “sleepable” room. NO AC AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. While my train was late I got there at 2am I wasn’t even offered water (I would’ve paid!). Also YOU CANNOT FIND THE PLACE!! I had to pay a taxi; then a bicycle tour guide AND a police officer to help me locate...

Upon arriving I was told that my reservation was not there as the hotel had not confirmed my booking with Hotels.com. The room was booked to another guest. I emailed hitels.com and waited.
