Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Close the wood stove damper and door are Leave the ashes outside in the ash bucket with the grate on top. DO NOT empty ash bucket into the yard, as this is very dangerous and may start a wild fire.
Do not used outside char grill or fire works during Wild Fire Season. It is illegal and you will get cited.
Please turn off the mini split air conditioner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful Place to Stay

The location was perfect, it’s a very relaxing place to stay. The home was unique and well put together. The river stream was a nice walk down to and we enjoyed it. Very clean and just an amazing place to getaway! Highly recommend it, Neika is an amazing host!
