"There was an issue with the sprinkler system that caused the fire alarm to go off at 1:00 am for several minutes. The owner was extremely apologetic amd gave us 50% off. We will definately go again because of the staff❤️❤️"

"I loved the location on the Bayshore and especially liked the evening dinner outside with live music. My room was so comfortable and had a great view out over Lake Erie and the Centennial Tower. I liked being able to walk along the lake in the early evening and have so many fun and trendy dining options. I also liked being in close proximity to Presque Isle where I went jogging in the morning, hiking and canoeing. It was stunning. Finally, the staff at the hotel were friendly - from the front desk check-in reception to the club lounge to the dining room."

"For the price? pretty good. simple necessity stay. staff was friendly. Room was actually really nice and hot water was hitting for long shower. The Room smelled good at first then next time we entered it smelled like wet dog (we didnt have a pet) sadly someone in the parking lot was blasting music for about 20 minutes straight at like 2:30am before leaving. overall 9.5/10 for price!"

"My visit was a one night stay. Bed and room were clean and comfortable. Some highway noise but fan covered it. Entrance was a bit confusing."

"This hotel was a good find for a weekend getaway. The beds were a little TOO soft with little support, and we both woke up with sore backs because of it. Bathroom was clean, sink was super low and not standard height. Didn’t know we had a fridge until the second day, it was tucked away inside a dresser. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator though, so if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, you will be struggling to get to the upstairs rooms. Great location in relation to the shopping in Erie. A quick ten minute drive and you’re in the area, for a ridiculously cheaper nightly rate. I’d stay here again, if the beds were a little harder. "
