"I was there from out of state for the Gaspee parade and wanted somewhere convenient to explore area the day before the early morning start. Very pleasant and clean, with a very comfy bed! Hit Providence for show, easy in and back."

"We had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful and fit our needs nicely. We spent most of our time in the upstairs floor & loft but the dehumidifier is a big help in the bottom floor. Having TV’s & ac’s on all 3 floors, we were able to keep it cool during severely hot & humid days. As we do not have our own boat or kayaks, we weren’t able to use the dock which was a bummer. The only complaint I have is that the upstairs dishwasher is not secure. It works, just tips when loading and unloading....

From the host, Gary, who is not only attentive, but thought and super professional to the cleanliness and amenities of the property, this is truly a gem. So often a “beautiful water view” is described, but this is the first time the view was BETTER than described. It was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. "Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed."

"The house was perfectly clean and in great condition. A nice amount of space for the 3 of us, all adults. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Gerald was very communicative and helped us make sure everything went well."

"Ann could not be a more accommodating host, start to finish. The guest side of the house was an ideal size for our family of four in the charming Tiverton/Little Compton area. An especially appealing feature of the main living/dining room is the end-to-end, floor to ceiling windows looking out on the well-kept garden with a panoramic view out to the Sakonnet River that's really a wide bay. When not at the ocean beach down in Little Compton, that where we swam at a very nearby town beach that...

"The hist communicates well. We arrived at 11am but couldn’t check in until 3. She allowed us to leave our luggage in a secure garage and even moved it all inside after 3. We didn’t spend much time inside the home, but it was great for what we needed. Nice inside, a lot of room, comfortable beds."
