"We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. "

"The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies."

"We absolutely loved it here. Cute cottage with a magical space. Farm fresh duck eggs were wonderful. Sipping morning tea under the linden tree out back was our favorite!"

"A lovely bayside property in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Owners have seen to it that cottage is well stocked with sufficient linens & kitchen gear. The yard is lovely as well.The Views from the wrap around back deck are majestic. We will try to return in the future."

"This property delivers on all counts. Immaculate- the floors were practically smiling at us when we arrived. Fully equipped kitchen and so efficient. Perfect location for day trips or wonderful if you decide to stay in and enjoy the view. We will definitely return."

"We were in RI for our kids baptism. We all enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the playground at Latham Park which is just a few min walk. Mariana was wonderful and accommodating to our early check in request!"

"The cabin is really cute and setup so nicely for cooking. I appreciated having 2 bathrooms and the stack of games. And you could just sit and look out the big windows allll day long!! (And the stars at night)"

"Rented place for my groomsman for my wedding weekend, house and location are great, lots of room to enjoy the day and was close to all the venues we needed to get to to, weekend was incredible. Just remember to buy fans as the upstairs does get pretty hot in the summer time, house has crank windows that don’t fit ac’s. We managed just fine and it was fantastic."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was perfect for my husband and I. We were also able easily host my SIL’s family of 4 for dinner. The interior is light and bright. Everything we needed was available. It was a bit chilly to fully take advantage of the outdoor space but it would be delightful during warmer weather. The master bed was very comfortable~thank you for a lovely stay!"
