I had a really great stay at Capri Motel. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout. The room was clean, the environment felt safe, and everything worked just as expected. I appreciated how quiet it was at night and how easy it was to get settled in. Do not stay here. We had a room with a king size bed and only two pillows. Also only one wash cloth for the two of us. Staff was rude and put out because we asked for pillows and towels. The place had a drug den vibe. We were fearful of something happening to our car or items left in our room. We will never stay here again. Would not refund our money so we could stay somewhere else. This should be removed from Expedia.

People next to my room played their music very loud. Their children played right outside my door and they were not quiet at all. One child placed rocks inside my tire near my brakes. Parents stood right there and did very little.

The place was not terrible, I just wish we had better amenities.There's no batteries in the remote for the TV and the room was a bit dirty.Upon arrival there was no garbage to put our garbage in. Another guest staying a couple doors down was constantly in his window staring out into the empty parking lot that only had our car making us uncomfortable throughout the stay.

There was no one available at check-in and no one answered the call for service. I had to leave a voicemail. It worked out thought because the place looked dirty and unkept, so I felt safer elsewhere as well. I stayed at another location, but have yet to hear back from management for a refund.

The woman at the desk was rude. She didn’t want to be bothered with us or the questions we asked. The room we walked by was so nasty smelling and had flies. The office smelled like straight urine. We asked to see a room and they wouldn’t show us unless we paid. They wouldn’t allow my service dog. If I could have gave 0 reviews I would have.

Front desk staff was not friendly and we could not hear her because of the glass panel and loud ice machine in the office. When we arrived there were two cops outside talking to people in the parking lot. We went to see our room and there were only two small pillows on the bed and no towels, plus the bedding had marks on it. We booked for the jacuzzi tub, but everything else made the tub not worth it. They did not give us a refund when we immediately checked out, but we ended up at the Best Western next door. Much better service and environment.

This place stunk as soon as i walked into the room. There were no pillows on the bed. The bed was nota made n the white sheets seem to have poop stains, even though i convinced myself that it was chocolate. Took them out n thank GOD i had lysol in my vehicle. If health inspector showed up unannounced, this place will be shut down
